Binance Smart Chain	FTM	cBridge, MultiChain, SpookySwap, AnySwap, xPollinate, Synapse, Allbridge	BSC is a great network for bridging. Bridging stables are easy also
Solana	FTM	Wormhole -> Synapse	SOL is a bit awkward to bridge to, but Wormhole helps to fix that problem
Terra	FTM	Terra -> Harmony -> Synapse	Terra is also a bit awkward to bridge from, but Terra bridge assisted with others solves this

NEAR	FTM	Aurora Allbridge -> Terra with UST -> Wormhole	Not very easy to bridge, need to activate wallet also
